Harman/Kardon

Harman Kardon is an American company that specializes in the production of household and automotive electronics. Today, Harman Kardon is one of the leaders in the production of advanced home movie theaters, portable smart acoustics, high-quality AV receivers, stereo amplifiers, headphones and wireless acoustics.

The most challenging and vital phase of work was 3D acoustics modeling. We were asked to develop 8 models, accurately reflecting the appearance and construction of real models. For this we used the following programs: 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop and Corona Render. Particular attention was required to develop polygonal models to match the dimensional projections in 3ds Max, as well as to create unfolded models for the correct texture mapping.

We paid special attention to every detail of all Citation acoustic products. Using texture processing in Photoshop, setting up lighting and rendering the scene in Corona Render, we managed to achieve such a high-quality texturing, namely, detailed elaboration of the structure of the fabric, interface elements and all tiny details.

Under the project, we have created detailed 3D models for 8 Harman Kardon Citation home acoustic products in two colors: black and grey.
These 3D models can be used not only for decorative projects, but also for creating images and other advertising products.
